Andy has focused on transaction advisory and business valuation services for over twenty years.  Until early-2010, he was a Senior Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance Inc.  He has provided transaction due diligence and contract negotiation advice to parties in both the public and private sectors.  He has also advised clients in connection with the resolution of commercial disputes.  He has prepared valuations and fairness opinions for mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and debt restructuring.  He has experience with a diverse range of industry sectors, with particular expertise in the natural resources and industrial markets sectors in Canada and the United States. He also has expertise with infrastructure development, particularly with highway transportation and utilities.

He graduated with a B. Comm. and holds both the CA (Chartered Accountant) and CBV (Chartered Business Valuator) designations.  Andy brings his diverse business and valuations experience to the CICBV and community initiatives with which he has been involved.
