Carl Merton, CBV of Windsor has been a Member of the Institute since 2000. He is the Chief Financial Officer at Reko International Group Inc. (TSE:REK), one of North America’s leading designers and manufacturers of plastic injection moulds, fixtures, automation, special machines and CNC machining centres.  Carl joined the company in 2007. In his current role at Reko International Group Inc., Carl has responsibility for capital investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and investor relations.

Prior to joining Reko International Group Inc., Carl was Vice-President, Special Projects at Atlas Tube Inc., a private corporation and the North American leader in the manufacture and distribution of Hollow Structural Steel tubular products.  While at Atlas Tube, Carl concentrated on Corporate Finance and buy and sell side Merger and Acquisition issues.  Previously, Carl was a Senior Manager in both the Business Valuations and Litigation Support practice and Forensic Investigation practice of KPMG.
