Nominating

Mandate:

a) Ensure there is an adequate slate of Candidates for election or appointment to the Board of
    Directors.
b) Nominate Officers of the Board of Directors.
c) Select and nominate Directors that are not elected by the Regions.
d) Actively promote nominations.
e) Set criteria of Director representation on the Board, e.g. Skills, Experience, Industry
    representation, Geographical representation.
