Jeannine Brooks, MBA, FCGA

Jeannine Brooks is the President & CEO of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (the “Institute”). She is responsible for the conduct of the affairs of the Institute in accordance with the Institute’s By-Laws, Policies and procedures, working closely with the Board of Directors and volunteers in all committees. She is responsible for the administration, the strategic plan, various programs and services offered by the Institute. Included in her duties is the responsibility of communications with the members and the external stakeholders through media, contacts, governments, accounting and investment firms and as well as those organizations appropriate to the valuation profession in Canada, the United States and World-wide.
