Michelle Levac, CA, CBV, CFA

Michelle is the Canada Revenue Agency transfer pricing specialist. She has acquired experience in the determination of arm’s length prices for 15 years, both in the context of business equity valuation and transfer pricing. Michelle negotiated several transfer pricing cases with foreign tax authorities. She, as a delegate of the OECD Working Party 6, is involved in international transfer pricing policy development both internationally and nationally. She researches, analyses and provides technical expertise on transfer pricing issues. Michelle has been recognized as an expert witness by the courts and is a director on the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
